Cancellation & Refund Policy

At EK Mindset , we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you might need to cancel our services. Below is our refund policy outlining the conditions for refunds and situations where refunds will not be granted.

Refund Conditions
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel any service within 24 hours of making the payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Service Not Initiated: If you cancel the service before it has been initiated by our team, you will be eligible for a full refund. The initiation of service is defined as the start of any work or project related to your request.

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, you will receive a full refund of the extra amount paid.

Unused Ad Spend: Any amount paid for advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that has not yet been utilized can be refunded after deducting any applicable charges.

Non-Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Services Already Provided: If any part of the service has been delivered or completed, refunds will not be issued.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made after 24 hours from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund.

Special Offers and Discounts: Services purchased under special promotional offers or discounted rates are non-refundable.

Third-Party Services: Payments made for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domains, software licenses) are non-refundable.

Paid Ad Campaigns: Any amounts already spent on advertising campaigns are non-refundable.

Service-Related Purchases: Any amounts spent on resources required for service execution (e.g., tools, stock images, etc.) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone, providing your service details and the reason for cancellation (if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
