These domains are used primarily for brand protection and, when necessary, for temporary website development, redesign, testing, or migration purposes carried out by our technical team.
Occasionally, our team may work on websites that contain licensed materials, prebuilt templates, or other proprietary assets. In such cases, we confirm that the license and ownership of such materials belong solely to our clients, who have legally purchased or obtained the required authorization.
EK Mindset does not claim any rights, ownership, or authorization over such licensed products or intellectual property. Our involvement is limited strictly to technical services such as redesigning, updating, or modifying the client’s website as per their instructions.
Once the redesign or modification process is completed, the temporary website or files are immediately deleted from our servers or subdomains, and the final version is transferred to the client’s licensed domain and hosting.
This declaration is issued to maintain transparency and to affirm that EK Mindset fully respects and complies with all copyright, trademark, and licensing laws under applicable jurisdiction.
